Weld Positioners
Our Weld Positioner product line consists of the Turn Table with Dual Trunnion Positioner, Pedestal Mount Headstock Trunnion, Dual Cantilever Trunnion Headstocks on 180 Degree Rotate Table, and 7th Axis with Headstock Trunnion. These products allow you to rotate the components for ease of welding and positioning during your manufacturing process. You can utilize your robot for the positioning control of your product.
Turn Table with Dual Trunnion Positioners
Our Turn Table with Dual Trunnion Positioners provides ergonomically friendly positioner height. Excessive machine evaluation not required and robot risers significantly reduced. Our system provides greater flexibility in operator/robot welding applications.
Pedestal Mount Headstock Trunnion
Easom can supply a programmable powered Headstock to rotate a fixture frame. The unit is available either a base or floor mount. The Headstock can be powered by your 7th Axis Robot Controller.
Dual Cantilever Trunnion Headstocks on 180 Degree Rotate Table
The flexibility of a turn table, with the action of a powered Headstock, our Dual Cantilever Headstock on a Rotate Table is great for those applications were you need to rotate your part during the welding process. This system gives you the ability to load parts while you robot is operating its process.
