Our Dual Trunnion Turn Table (H Positioner) provides ergonomically friendly positioner height. Excessive machine evaluation not required and robot risers significantly reduced. Our system provides greater flexibility in operator/robot welding applications.

Features:

• High capacity dual positioners are rated at 1,800 Kg (4,000 lbs.) / maximum load offset of 90 mm (3.5 inches)
• Ergonomically friendly positioner height available from 750 mm (29.5 inches) to 1 meter (39.4 inches) as standard
• Turntable exchange axis vs. ferris wheel style exchange axis eliminates labor platforms, material platforms, and platform fencing
• Turntable style vertical exchange axis keeps operator and work side positioners at the same heights. This reduces robot riser heights in the work zone and improves access for programming and robot / tool maintenance.
