Turntables
Our Turn Table product line consists of the Autorotor Cam Indexing Table, Medium Low Profile Turn Table, Low Profile Turn Table LP300-2, 3 Station Low Profile Turn Table, Pedestal Turn Table, and Programmable Turn Table. With the flexibility of the product line, Easom can handle light applications, to ones that exceed 50,000 pounds. The Low Profile Turn Table was designed to eliminate the need for pits or operator platforms. Easom's Turn Tables can be designed to accommodate your unique applications.
Autorotor Cam Indexers
Autorotor index tables are precision index drives that are true right angle drives. The Autorotor index tables allow small units to have greater capacity with higher accuracy. Autorotor offers machines from under 5" in diameter to one meter diameter, with capabilities of up to 20 foot tooling plates and/or 20,000 pounds. Standard Machines are available from two to 36 stations with the ability to reach over 500 stations mechanically.
Easom Harmonic Turntable
The Easom Harmonic motion index table is available in four different models from four stations up to 24 stations. A true harmonic motion it is ideal for machining applications due to its built in locking mechanism which eliminates the need for shot pins in many instances. The Easom Harmonic motion index table can be driven either Pneumatically, Electrically or hydraulically.
Medium Low Profile Turntable
Our Medium Low Profile Turn Table is utilized in those applications were you need to keep your tooling low to the floor. With this system, your fixture rest only 9" above the floor, thereby eliminating the need for pits or operator platforms. Use your robot's 7th axis control to operate the turn table, eliminating the need for additional electrical control devices. The load rated capacity is 5,000 lbs.
Low Profile Turntable LP300-2
Our Low Profile Turn Table LP300-2 is utilized in those applications were you need to keep your tooling low to the floor. With this system, your fixture rest only 12" above the floor, thereby eliminating the need for pits or operator platforms. Use your robot's 7th axis control to operate the turn table, eliminating the need for additional electrical control devices. The load rated capacity is 16,000 lbs.
3 Station Low Profile Turntable
For flexibility in manufacturing, our 3 Station Low Profile Turn Table gives you the ability for different model select. The load rated capacity is 15,000 lbs.
Programmable Turntable
Our Programmable Turn Table gives you the flexibility of infinite positioning. You can operate the table with your 7th Axis Robot Control, VFD or servo motor. Four different models are available, handling loads of 3,000 lbs. to 9,000 lbs.
