Transfer Systems
Our Transfer Systems product line consists of Lift and Transfer, Fast Pull Bar Shuttles, Tool Flex Transporter, and Overhead Shuttles. The systems can be utilized in Pressroom, Body-In-White, and Machine Tending applications. With many years of experience, Easom Automation Systems can design and build a system to your requirements.
Lift and Transfer
Our Lift & Transfer system incorporates the Cymonic Soft Touch Lift which provides a smooth decel/excel in the middle 2/3rds of the pick up stroke. Speeds, weights, and transfer distances can be tailored per application.
Fast Pullbar Shuttles
Our Fast Pull Bar Shuttles are utilized in Body Framing and Trim Chassis Final applications. Product carriers are received from inverted power and free conveyor system. Fast Pull Bar Shuttle then transfers carriers in a fast controlled (soft touch) precise manner.
Tool Flex Transporter
Our Tool Flex Transporter is utilized in flexible manufacturing, providing the customer with the ability to produce multiple models. The system incorporates a 7th Axis Robot Shuttle and (2) Low Profile Lifters for Tool Base interchangeability. With this flexibility, the customer can remove and store different Tool Bases for each model produced.
Overhead Shuttles
Our Overhead Shuttle system was designed to offer an effective solution for transferring parts in multi-station and long distance applications. The Overhead Shuttle system gives you the ability to have clear open access to your machines.
