Tool Shuttles
Our Tool Shuttle product line consists of Light Duty, Medium Duty, and In-Lin Low Profile Tooling Tray. Flexibility allows for the Tooling Shuttles to be floor mounted or inverted for overhead applications. The Tool Shuttles can be customized for various lengths, widths, and speeds. The Tool Shuttles can either use linear belt technology or rack and pinion.
Tool Shuttle - Light Duty
Our Light Duty Tool Shuttle utilizes a reliable precision linear belt technology. The Tool Shuttle can use a 7th Axis Robot motor, VFD or servo motor. The Light Duty Tool Shuttle can be customized for various lengths, widths, and speeds.
Tool Shuttle - Medium Duty
Our Medium Duty Tool Shuttle gives the same precision linear belt technology as the Light Duty Tool Shuttle, but with a weight capacity of 3,000 lbs. to 6,000 lbs. The Medium Duty Tool Shuttle can also be operated with a 7th Axis Robot motor, VFD or servo motor. The Medium Duty Tool Shuttle can be customized for various lengths, widths, and speeds.
Part Shuttle
Our Part Shuttle is a cost effective system for moving product or fixture from point to point. The Part Shuttle can utilize either a VFD or SEW Eurodrive brake motor.
In-Line Low Profile Tooling Tray
Our In-Line Low Profile Tooling Tray gives the customer the flexibility for multiple model selects. The In-Line Low Profile Tooling Tray can handle weights of up to a maximum of 21,600 lbs. Three different transfer drive option are available.
