Part Shuttle

Our Part Shuttle is a cost effective system for moving product or fixture from point to point. The Part Shuttle can utilize either a VFD or SEW Eurodrive brake motor.

• Shuttle cart to be actuated via high tension linear transfer belt. Belt to include headshaft tailshaft and drive sheaves.
• Cost effective
• Over travel protection
• Transfer drive belt & belt tensioning
• (4) Urethane rollers are used to index the carriage along square tubing
• Shuttle cart to have hole pattern to receive customers supplied work holding fixture
• Shuttle to include (6) position switches: (2) position, (2) accel/decel, (2) over travel
• Optional Easom Digi-Dog™ can be provided for precise positioning
• Accuracy / Repeatability: ±1 mm (.04 inches)
  (higher accuracies available upon request)
• Flexible cable carrier
• Shuttle include optional "operator interface" safety shot pin or position clamp to prevent movement when the operator is in the cell
