Our Low Profile Turn Table LP300-2 is utilized in those applications were you need to keep your tooling low to the floor. With this system, your fixture rests only 12" above the floor eliminating the need for pits or operator platforms. Your robot's 7th axis control can be used to operate the turn table, eliminating the need for additional electrical control devices. The load rated capacity is 16,000 lbs.

Features:

• Tool mounting surface height of 12 inches (305 mm) above factory floor easily satisfies part loading height "Ergo" requirements without requiring pits in the floor or platforms for operators

• Improved drive serviceability

Center and top mounted reducer and servo are easily accessed

• Simplified control system using auxiliary axis feature of robot controller. Optional remote axis servo packages commanded via Device Net or Profibus communications are also available.
• Safety pin locks table in place for operator load applications.
• Position accuracy assurance utilizing safety pin as registry wedge
• Utilize large diameter, turret style bearings for table support. Bearings with millions of pounds of thrust capacity are available.
