Low Profile Open Center Lifter
Our Low Profile Open Center Lifter is utilized for precision positioner of an automotive body. With the harmonic motion profile, the repeatability has an accuracy of +/-0.1mm. The Low Profile Open Center Lifter incorporates a soft touch lift, thereby ensuring a gentle lift of the product from its fixture. The lift towers are a low profile design, giving more flexibility in tool design.

- For precision positioning of body
- Maximumu height of vertical guide towers not to exceed 24" in overall height
- Slaved bell cranks
- Harmonic motion profile with repeatability of ± 0.1 mm.
- 13-1/2" of pre-travel with soft-touch pick up and lift of 1" (alternate heights available)
- Electric Drive
- Lift time of 2.5 seconds
- Drive reducer is quipped with over-travel protection
- Floor or base mount options
- All crank shaft and linkage bearings are lubricated for life
- Crankshaft position is provided by a Digi-Dog™ 12 bit digital programmable rotary limit switch
- In position confirmation sensors
- Controls solutions available
