Our Lifter product line consists of the Loader ⁄ Positioner, Low Profile Open Center Lifter, and Open Center Lifter. The Loader ⁄ Positioner is engineered for applications requiring extreme stiffness and extraordinary repeatability. Both the Low Profile Open Center Lifter and Open Center Lifter utilize a harmonic motion profile, thereby providing repeatability of +/-0.1mm.
Loader ⁄ Positioner
Our patented Loader ⁄ Positioner‚ a servo-driven precision locating device‚ provides three axes of freedom. The Loader ⁄ Positioner is engineered for applications requiring extreme stiffness and extraordinary repeatability. The Loader ⁄ Positioner is ideal for resistance welding, weld gun handling, material handling and part transfer.
Low Profile Open Center Lifter
Our Low Profile Open Center Lifter is utilized for precision positioner of an automotive body. With the harmonic motion profile, the repeatability has an accuracy of +/-0.1mm. The Low Profile Open Center Lifter incorporates a soft touch lift, thereby ensuring a gentle lift of the product from its fixture. The lift towers are a low profile design, giving more flexibility in tool design.
