Our Heavy Duty Conveyor is excellent for induction heating applications. With its multi-arm tubing rack storage frame and adjustable gravity arms, the conveyor system can handle tube load capacity weights of 3,000 lbs.

Features:

• Multi-arm tubing rack storage frame with adjustable gravity arms (load and unload)
• Pneumatic "One at a Time" loac escapement; 3000 lb. tube load capacity
• Powered conveyor roller bed (via claved drive chains) with vertical backup rollers
• 3" stainless steel rollers on 1" to 3" centers to suit scanner coil
• Pneumatic unload escapement; 3000 lb. tube unload capacity
• Simple 3 position hand valve and load escapement actuator
• Simple 3 position hand valve and unload escapement actuator
• DC motor controller with hand switch to turn on and off conveyor beds
• Excellent for induction heating applications
