Drive Solutions
Our Drive Solutions are comprised of two distinctive products, the Cymonic Lift & Transfer Drive and the Digi-Dog Programmable Limit Switch. With over 2,000 field installations, the Cymonic Drive package has been utilized by the major automotive manufacturers for moving product rapidly from point A to point B. The Digi-Dog Programmable Limit Switch is a user friendly product that is utilized on equipment that require precise positioning.
Cymonic Lift & Transfer Drives
The Cymonic Drive package is available for both lifting and transfer applications. The Cymonic Transfer Drive generates a soft start/stop transfer motion while providing exceptionally smooth transition from maximum acceleration to maximum deceleration. The Cymonic Lift Drive provides a soft pick-up and deposit velocities for any vertical travel. This allows for faster cycle time without causing "part bounce".
Digi-Dog™ Programmable Limit Switch
Our Digi-Dog is a digitally programmable rotary limit switch using resolver based technology. Applications could consist of lift or transfer mechanism, cam tables and cam-operated machinery, indexing and conveyor type equipment, and VFD indexes that require precise positioning.
